Refund policy

1. RETURN WINDOW
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days after delivery.

2. CONDITIONS
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in TAIL WAGGERS SUPPLY  condition.

3. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photo evidence.

4. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error.
